It has just been successfully completed the last commissioning of a KLT-scan laser thickness gauge for lines up to 1600 mm and installation after the cut.
KLT-scan gauges allow to control the thickness on the entire coil width, while the material is running. They can be installed before or after the cut according to the process needs or space limitations.
As for all our gauges, an automatic control report is generated which allows you to obtain:
- individual results for each slitted strip
- data traceability and storage for a more complete management of the production processes
- the data can be read from any pc connected to the company network
